LC Real Estate Group was originally founded in 1996 with a focus on development in Loveland. The vision to improve the quality of the built environment in the Front Range has manifested into the company’s current vision to Mindfully Create Community. As a developer, we create value by redeveloping obsolescent buildings, solving infrastructure deficiencies, and solving complex legal and entitlement issues. We are experienced in tax increment financing through metro districts and in working with municipalities in urban renewal areas. We have a history of developing and supporting affordable housing in the communities in which we build.
On behalf of both principals of LC Real Estate Group and private investors, our principals have acquired or developed over $75,000,000 worth of commercial and residential real estate including the development of more than 2,000 residential lots and hundreds of acres of commercial land. Our principals have more than 80 years of combined experience and have negotiated deals with companies ranging from IBM to Mobile Oil to King Soopers/Kroger and many more.
LC Real Estate Group specializes in retail shopping center, mixed use PUD’s, and residential land development. Several notable projects include King Soopers anchored Thompson Valley Towne Center in southwest Loveland and King Soopers Marketplace anchored North College Marketplace in north Fort Collins.
We have redeveloped office buildings including our headquarters at Loveland Commerce Center in Loveland and retail strip centers like Harmony Center in south Fort Collins. We have completed residential developments with deficient infrastructure like Thompson Overlook in Loveland or Storybook in north Fort Collins or re-entitled lots to meet the market like at Boise Village Southwest in Loveland.
